penangan summer!!!

hmmm... khamis ari tu aqilah kena demam.. pastu jumaat ari tu papa dia pulak menyusul demam.. kesian betul tengok anak ngan papa demam.. mungkin sebab perubahan cuaca dari autumn ke summer.. aqilah sekrg nih dah baik sikit tapi papa dia tak baik2 lagi.. kesian betul... dah la report nak kena hantar and present this coming monday!!! harap-harap papa aqilah kuat!!! insyallah.. :)

21 june lepas bermula dah musim panas menandakan berakhirnye musim bunga... wah.. rasa macam kat msia pulak... panas sungguh.. dah la kete sume takde aircond... umah pun takde aircond.. berpanas la kami... ma princess tu pulak tak tahan panas.. terpaksala papa dia beli kipas.. kalau tak dia tak nak tido.. dah jadik orang toulouse la katakan.. :)

16 jun lepas genapla umur husband aku 31 tahun.. terlambat wish kat blog nih... joyeux anniversaire mon amour... dan ari ni 20 jun genapla 10 bulan umur my princess... happy birthay 10 bulan aqilah.. dah besar dah anak aku.. makin nakal.. dah pandai ajuk apa yang mama dan papa dia buat dan cakap...dah pandai berus gigi sendiri.. dah pandai sikat rambut sendiri.. dah pandai turun katil sendiri dan makin manja.. takpela.. anak sorang.. buah hati mama ngan papa nih.. hehehe

Favourite Cookies-Tart Apricot Melayu Toulouse-

jem
bahan-bahan
500 gram buah apricot segar
20 sudu besar gula
2 sudu besar planta

cara-cara
blend buah apricot hingga hancur kemudian masak hingga pekat.Kemudian masukkan gula dan planta dan kacau hingga betul2 kering.

kulit
bahan-bahan
2 x butter 250g
1/2 cawan gula halus
4 biji kuning telur
2 sudu kecik esen vanila
6-7 cawan tepung gandum

cara-cara
blend semua bahan2 diatas (kecuali gandum) hingga sebati. kemudian masukkan gandum kedlm bahan-bahan yang telah diblend dan uli hingga sebati jugak..kepalkan tepung tadi bersaiz ibu jari tangan gemuk yang kemudiannye diisikan dengan jem dan bakar selama 17 minit ditahap kepanasan yang sederhana (170�C)

Favourite food-Ayam panggang Melayu Toulouse-

bahan-bahan

1 ekor ayam gemuk siap sembelih (halal)
2 batang serai gemuk (daun tak nak)
1 ibu jari tangan gemuk kunyit hidup segar
2 sudu besar sos tiram gemuk (lee kum kee)
2 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu besar garam
3 sudu besar + 1 sudu kecik gula manis
2 sudu besar minyak
sedikit air

cara-cara

blend semua bahan-bahan di atas sekaligus (janganla masukkan ayam tu sekali pulak)
sehingga hancur dan sebati kemudian sapukan ke semua bahagian ayam gemuk..
kemudian bakar di dalam oven dengan kepanasan yang amat (222�C) sehingga masak

aku yang tensen!!!

huih tension betul la.. dah dua hari internet free kat umah ni tak jalan... asyik on off je.. so tak dapat la aku nak membebel kat aku nye blog nih.. hehehe..
dah boring2 ape lagi.. g window shopping la.. window-window shopping last-last jadik shopping gak.. kami beli 3 buah buku untuk si princess tu.. cinq petites coccinelles, les animaux dah les mots.. so.. aqilah dah ada buku dia sendiri sekarang nih.. takde la dia nak berebut buku microwave ngan papa dia lagi..

boring yang amat..

boring nye sekarang nih.. tak tau nak buat ape... papa busy ngan report yang nak kena hanta next week... buah hati sorang tu pulak busy ngan main je... tinggal la mama dia sorang-sorang mengadap pc nih... hmmm.. tak sabau nak tunggu july papa habih present paper dia... boleh la kami enjoy then... c'est party!!!!
